Despite the diversion of resources from the initiative to help with the university Smart Restart efforts, steady progress continues. The team finalized a release plan for the major components of the initiative and is working to share that information.
In terms of the key areas of the initiative, the Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) workstream will complete all minimum viable product work by September 26, 2020. The IPaaS team is currently provisioning a production environment for the Office of Data Management & Analytics Services in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) as well as migrating Division of Continuing Studies and Undergraduate Admissions to an IICS secure agent image. On the Customer Identity and Access Management front, Saleforce (Huron) consultants are coming on board next week and planning for that engagement continues. The User Experience team worked on user personas and continued discovery around Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality to assist with future design decisions. Contract and Statement of Work are still being finalized for the API Manager and discovery work on that area is tentatively slated to start in January of 2021.
